Services

Zenlivery provides in-home wellness services including but not limited to yoga, pilates, aqua fitness, meditation, and tai chi instruction. All services are provided by qualified instructors and are customized to meet the individual needs of our clients.

Service Delivery

Our instructors will travel to your specified location at the agreed time to deliver the service. You are responsible for providing a suitable space for the activity to take place safely. For aqua fitness services, you must have access to a suitable swimming pool.

Equipment

Unless otherwise specified, we will provide all necessary equipment for the session. You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate space to use this equipment safely.

Service Limitations

Our services are designed to promote general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition or disease. Our instructors are not medical professionals, and our services should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

All services must be booked in advance through our website, via email, or by phone. Booking is subject to instructor availability and confirmation from Zenlivery.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking for single sessions. For monthly packages, payment is due on the first day of each month. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Subscription Services

Monthly packages are subscription services that automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate. In cases of emergency or illness, we may waive this fee at our discretion.

Zenlivery Cancellation Policy

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to instructor illness, emergency, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund for that session.

No-Shows

If you are not present at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, this will be considered a "no-show" and you will be charged the full session rate.

Client Health Responsibilities

You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely in the activities. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe an activity may pose a health risk to you.
